What happens after my trial ends?

You choose to subscribe or your account is deactivated. We keep your data for 30 days in case you change your mind, then it's permanently deleted.

Is there a minimum team size?

Yes, OrOut requires a minimum of 5 users. For very small teams, we'd honestly recommend a shared calendar until you hit 5 people.

Do you offer discounts?

Registered nonprofits and charities receive 50% off. Email info@orout.co with proof of nonprofit status.

What if my team size changes?

Add or remove users anytime. Your bill adjusts automatically the next month.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Sensitive data is encrypted with AES-256, all connections use TLS, and we follow security best practices. Confidential notes (like return-to-work interviews) are encrypted so only authorised personnel can access them.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Export all leave data anytime from the admin dashboard. We don't hold your data hostage.

Do you integrate with our payroll system?
